Long time, no show. Blame the snow!
We're locked inside our remote area as the roads are VERY dodgy.
Hopefully it will not be too long before we are released from this white prison.
And we've had another 8 or 9 inches overnight, so worse today.

Wow. That is a lot of snow. Hope you and your wife are doing well Philip. Stay warm.
Hope you stay toasty warm!
Nice to see a post from you, and hope the snow does not interfere with you getting out and about too much.
Oh it's good to see you! I do NOT envy you your snow - hope it goes away soon!
Yes Phillip stay warm but please do not ask for me to take some of your snow.
Brrrrr...so good to see that you are braving the elements to share with us. Enjoy the warmth of your hearth and know that you have brought joy to many of us who have no snow to enjoy.
Thanks Brenda, hope all is well with you and yours.
Susan, we are struggling a bit as we are all electric and we had a power outage yesterday. Horrific thoughts of freezing to death but the high voltage problem was soon fixed. Most grateful to those who braved the elements to restore our power.
Vera, I did what could have been a foolish thing yesterday: dug my little Hyundai front wheel drive car out of the garage and slid, spun and skidded about 9 miles to our nearest town, Kelso, to get some provisions. I was a bit of a nervous wreck all the way there and back. Got a bit stuck just once but escaped somehow.
Hiya Bug, nice to see you again. I too wish this early snow departs as soon as poss.
Mark, how you doing lately. I've kept an eye on your powerful stuff even tho I've not commented over much. OK, I was gonna ask if you could take a few tons from us but I fully understand your relectance. ;-)
